We said the next ‘before & after’ would be worth the wait, and we weren’t lying 
This has been one our bigger jobs in Old Somerby, converting a old outbuilding into a contemporary Kitchen with Utility and downstairs WC.
• The concrete roof was removed, and the height lifted in accordance with Building Regulations
• New timbers were installed
• The old roof was replaced with a warm, flat fibre glass roof, together with new facias and guttering.
• New electrics, including a new fuse board were installed, including spotlights in the kitchen, utility, breakfast bar area and WC.
• Everywhere was fully re boarded and skimmed
• Two new UPVC windows were installed
• The exterior walls were rendered to match the existing property render
• A gorgeous Wren kitchen together with the appliances were installed
• All of the required plumbing, including new pipe work and anthracite radiators
• Four new Oak doors and frames were hung, with matching architrave
