Our customer in Stamford asked us to convert her garage into a hobby room, complete with a downstairs WC 🚽
We loved creating a space for her in which she can now enjoy her favourite pastimes…
• We knocked through from the lounge, into the garage
• A concrete lintel was installed
• The garage door was removed, bricked up and a window installed in its place
• Using stud work, we created a downstairs WC, complete with hand basin and chrome towel radiator
• All walls were insulated, boarded and skimmed
• Caberfloor was used to install a floating floor throughout, finished with LVT in the WC
• New Oak doors were fitted with linings, together with architrave and skirting
• A new radiator was installed
• All electrics, including spotlights and sockets
• Our painter then worked his magic to finish 🖌
Not only has this given our customer much needed space, it has also increased the value of her home 💷
