The room was insulated, boarded and plastered, all ready for the owners to paint.
The floor was insulated with 100mm Cellotex, with 22mm Caber floor on top to meet the requirements of building regulations and to also meet the existing floor height. It is now ready for the owners to lay their chosen floor covering.
We built a cupboard to house the boiler, which can also be utilised for storage 
A new double radiator, track lighting and four additional sockets were installed, together with a new internal door, skirting and architrave.
